  • Shipping Info
    All our products are designed and made to order from Rosemead, CA. Since we are a very small business, everything is handcrafted and one of a kind; due to this nature, each item may look slightly different from each other. However, we will not send you anything that is defective. In addition, processing time takes 3-5 business days before shipping. All customers from the U.S. receives free shipping!
  • Free shipping
    Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders! Processing time takes 3-5 business days before shipping.
  • Returns/Exchanges
    We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address. You must contact us after 3 days of receiving your package and initiate the return within 7 days of the date ordered. Contact designwithyourbff@gmail.com & include your order #. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Please take photos of the item you’d like to return front and back and your reason for returning. Personalized Items cannot be returned. If you are not happy with this item, we can happily make a new one for you if the item is defective.
  • When can I expect my order?
    Typically, orders will ship within 3 - 5 business days. If you order a custom/personalized item it can take up to 5 days to be made. All bandanas are hand sewn and resin items are hand poured; therefore, it can take up to 5 days before the items are shipped.
  • How does MWJ sizing run?
    Most items are unisex, which means they work for men and women, boys and girls. We recommend ordering your normal size for a regular fit. We use a few different brands of blank clothing and each size/color we have current stock of is indicated on the listing itself.
  • Can I order a custom made item?
    Yes! If you like any item on our site that you'd like to personalize and it doesn't show a custom option, feel free to reach out and email us at designwithyourbff@gmail.com Write your subject name as "Joy, I'd Like To Design With You" and write the details in your email. Please include the item from our website and specify how you'd like to design it and when you need it by.
  • My order says it has shipped but tracking has not updated, what now?
    We create your shipping label the day your package ships. If tracking has not updated, USPS has missed a scan along the way. It should not delay the delivery of your item(s). However, USPS is experiencing extreme delays. Please contact them regarding tracking of your order.
  • Do you work with brand reps or do collaborations?
    We are currently open to working with influencers and open to collaborate. The best way to reach out to us on instagram!
