Besties Dog Bandana

 We understand that dogs can get messy during their adventures. As necessary, we recommend hand washing with cold water and laying flat to air dry. Iron on low heat to keep the bandana wrinkle free and crisp and avoid direct heat on vinyl.

SAFETY TIPS:

We recommend that you supervise your pup while wearing our bandanas. Made With Joy is not responsible for your pet chewing on their bandana or any misuse of the product.

 All of our bandanas are handsewn & designed in sunny California. Since we are a one woman show, this bandana is handcrafted and made to order; due to this nature, each item may look slightly different from each other and it may take 3 - 5 days for your order to be processed before shipping. However, we will not send you anything that is defective. 

 We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address. You must contact us after 3 days of receiving your package and initiate the return within 7 days of the date ordered. Contact designwithyourbff@gmail.com & include your order #. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Please take photos of the item you’d like to return front and back and your reason for returning.
