We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address. You must contact us after 3 days of receiving your package and initiate the return within 7 days of the date ordered. Contact designwithyourbff@gmail.com & include your order #. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Please take photos of the item you’d like to return front and back and your reason for returning.

All our products are designed and made to order from sunny CA. Since we are a very small business, everything is handcrafted and one of a kind; due to this nature, each item may look slightly different from each other. However, we will not send you anything that is defective. In addition, processing time takes 3-5 business days before shipping.
