We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Please take photos of the item you’d like to return front and back and your reason for returning.

Since we are a very small business, everything is handcrafted and one of a kind; due to this nature, each item may look slightly different from each other. However, we will not send you anything that is defective. In addition, processing time takes 3-5 business days before shipping. All customers from the U.S. receives free shipping!
